Disclaimer: I am pretty new to vinyl wrapping, but having said that this was pretty damn easy and the result is fantastic! Who needs a 2018 carbon dash package.

I practiced on the lower connecting piece before knocking the larger dash piece out. I did a video for the other smaller pieces. Let me know if you guys would like that as well and Ill work on editing it.

UPDATE:
added rear deck lid Vinyl wrap pics @ top of page 3

I will be doing mine in the next week or two. Thanks for the write-up.
Glad to help! best recommendation is to use a heat gun and not a hair dryer. You will love the result!

Look good man! Mine came with the carbon style already but I'm looking for the Alu finish like you have(had? lol). I wish I could trade it haha. I was thinking for a better finish on the carbon style I have. I could maybe apply some Clear coat paint on it to make it shinny but still. I'm not too fan of Carbon though. Anyways, You did a pretty great job there. Congrats!

Thanks! I like the aluminum finish too, but was time for something new.

How did you get the piece around the headlight switch off? I'm having a hell of a time.

You have to remove the lower piece first. Then there is a bolt holding on the piece you are referring to.

well my attempt at the dash did not turn out quite as nice as yours and my OCD will not allow it to be on the car that way and my patience for these DIY projects not working out is very low. had to remove it and might take another run at it down the line.

Dang man! give it another try...just take your time and allow the heat gun to do its work and just work the vinyl around the piece from there.

The heat gun makes it easy to work out the wrinkles by stretching the vinyl in the right places...maybe watch a couple vinyl wrapping tip videos on youtube before jumping back into it.
