DFW - GT350 or any Mustang Saturday Road Trip

I am new to DFW and I just can't seem to find any "road trips". Would anyone be up for a Saturday morning cruise, weather permitting, to just about anywhere? I am having road trip withdrawals...... :frusty:

Update 11/16/16 Approximately 3:49 P.M.

I can organize it, maybe some help in the destination. I have made a few trips west to Justin, and Lake Bridgeport, but I know that Granbury has some nice hills and turns. Since I am a newby to the area, I am open for any suggestions.

I have done these 2 routes going West on 407. Some really good turns and twisty roads. Lots of downshifts and small hills. Some short straights for higher speeds.

Both are fun, one is just shorter.

The 3rd one is Eagles Canyon Raceway. I have been there and is a poormans racetrack. It is close to both routes. We could hit both places amd watch people race. It is free to get in.

I haven't seen any group cruises since I've had my car (since June). I often go out on weekends, either Saturday or Sunday, around Lavon Lake and up as far north as Whitewright. I've been tempted to organize a group cruise, but then I think a gathering of GT350s driving spiritedly would attract a lot of (negative) attention.

You may have a point, but out in the country when I have gone before on BMW M Club, or Corvette Club, or Shelby Cobra club. no one really cares I have found out. But I will check out your link. I can close this.

I have done these 2 routes going West on 407. Some really good turns and twisty roads. Lots of downshifts and small hills. Some short straights for higher speeds.

Both are fun, one is just shorter.
