Will this wheel stick out exactly 15mm farther than my stock PP rear wheel?

Forgestar CF10 Matte Black Deep Concave - 19x9.5 ET +38
(w/ 275/40)

I'm confused from all the reading I've been doing if deep concave wheel offsets need to be calculated differently than "regular" wheels. Sorry if this is a stupid question - new to all of this.

For reference the stock PP rear wheel is exactly the same size except with a +52.5 offset.

If you do the 9.5 all around it will be flush I would do it at a Et 35 for instance as a better fitment

if you do the ET 38 you are fine and it will sit 15 mm further outward then the factory correct
