Decent wet/dry tire under 200

While I’m making up my mind on what aftermarket wheels/tires I may want, the OE Goodyears need replacing on the 20” premium 20x9 wheels.

Since I’m looking at either selling the OE wheels or possibly keeping them, I’d like to find something decent.

I just replaced my Pirelli's with a set of Firestone Firehawk Indy 500's. I like them so far and right in the description of the tire it talks about their ability in the rain.

It rained at my Track Night in America @ Memphis International Raceway with the Firehawk Indy 500's. They did not complain about the rain, at all !!!

You sure they're the same? I don't see Sport A/S available on TireRack.

The Sports are a few bucks cheaper, but with a 240 UTQG, I said no way.

Laugh if you may, but I tried these on my '18. They were surprisingly good tires. Very cheap, but quiet and gripped OK. Cant beat the price. They were made in Taiwan, a first world country, not China, too. I bought them to drive in cooler temps as the summer only tires should not be driven under 40F or so.

I rescind my recommendation for Discount. This is the 3rd time I've ordered tires from them that they can't produce. Stick a fork in me. The convertible doesn't get driven a lot, so it can sit on 3/32 until the tire dealers screw their heads back on straight.

We are sorry to have let you down. Unfortunately our industry is currently facing unprecedented delays and shortages. Some of this is due to factories having issues obtaining raw materials, some of it is due to delivery delays.

Either way we would love the opportunity to make it right, PM on the way
