I was hell bent on color matching the CF hood. I just installed it (still need to align gaps), and 5 neighbors have cruised by and all said they like it clear and I shouldn’t paint it. I like the look a lot, but I also think it would look good painted. What’s the general consensus among those who have installed CF hood? If I do leave it bare, I will shoot it with automotive clear coat.
