A friend of mine just picked up a 2016 GT350 with...get this 150,000mi! A one owner car that was used as a daily driver to work, 108mi per day, mostly interstate, for 4yrs! Car appears to be in excellent condition, with all service records. Previous owner has had 20 oil changes in this time btw. Driving the car you would never know it had this kind of mileage. No rattles, runs strong and no oil consumption issues noted. If I didn't know, looking at the car and driving it, I would guess 40-50K on the car. Previous owner said no one has ever sat in the rear seats and maybe only 5-6 people have ridden in the passenger seat! Car is like new inside. Still running on original water pump and alternator also. Any other true high mileage GT350's out there?
How much did he buy it for?

This doesn't surprise me at all. They are well made cars.

Damn. I drive so damn much. 155 a day three times or two times a week to the office. I am going back to two days a week this week. So glad to be down a bit in miles.
My commute is 58 miles one way , with lunch miles included about 125 a day when
commuting for me .....

I forgot to ask but how is the steering wheel holding up? I never owned an Alcantara steering wheel and in every car review I watch I always hear people bitch about Alcantara saying that it gets really nasty overtime unless you clean it.

Helped my friend detail the car today and did not notice the steering wheel being nasty. I also drove the car and it felt ok.

So he kept the steering wheel clean right.
When I bought my car this past June, it had 44 miles on it, now at 3400. The steering wheel feels the same as new. That said, I really don’t like the way it feels. Is it supposed to be grippy or slick? The leather feels fine so I might just stitch a good leather cover on it. Not going to spend 1K on a new custom steering wheel. Not for now anyways.

My 2020 died at 130 miles. Sitting at the dealer waiting for them to figure out why it runs on 4 cylinders.

Supposed to be a little grippy. When the oils from your skin get into it, it gets a little slippery. You can take a toothbrush and a vacuum to liven it up a bit.
