Corsa Double X Pipe for Resonator Delete

Has anyone tried this? Corsa has one video up there, but it just has standing revs and the camera/mic used was overwhelmed at the higher RPM. I'm trying to compare to any of the other X-pipes w/ factory mufflers.

Just my opinion, but I don't like how the double X sounds with the stock mufflers. They have it engineered pretty well to sound great with their mufflers though! It makes the stock mufflers sound more tinny than they already are. Again, just my opinion.

That's generally the vibe I got watching their video.

I really like the sound their Sport AB (and the turn-up-to-11 Xtreme CB) gives, I just think it'll be louder than I want. I actually want the more exotic sound than the deep rumble.

I've been thinking about getting a 3" H pipe built to bolt up to my Gibson instead of the X...or just welding resonators into the X.

This or your X pipe are what I've been leaning towards. Looks like I'll get to hear the MRT H-pipe in person (Rickycardo's) on Monday to know if it's what I want. I can't imagine the H-pipes sounding much different from each other unless there's a big difference of where the joint is located.

No problem. There should not be any sound difference between the two brands as the cross over is located in the same spot.
