Did you push the rear screen down that far on the seat back or does it naturally sit that low?

I pushed it down a little so it would be snug against the back seat but that's about where it naturally sat. It makes the screen behind your head a little more upright too.

Thanks to this amazing group, got myself a wind deflector installed and it looks great! Always annoyed me this wasnā€™t an option, but hadnā€™t searched much before then found this thread! Thanks all for the guidancešŸ˜€

One thing I noticed was the one time I drove on the highway, I did have the screen flip down. Did it once on a hard acceleration pull as well. Is there something that can be tightened to have it stay in place a little better?

Windows were up I assume? Iā€™ve had wind deflectors like this in multiple other cars and never had that happen. Will be trying mine on the highway Over next few days so will have to see what happens.

No, windows were down in both scenarios. If windows are down, should this then be expected. This is my first convertible with a windscreen like this.

Ah ok. To be honest I have only ever used them with windows up on previous cars, at any decent speed anyway, as the idea was to minimise wind and just enjoy the open top experience. I can see why with windows down and some speed the wind would in essence be hitting the deflector from the front and could push it down. When you get to those speeds you should probably have the windows up to get the proper effect šŸ˜€.

Make sure it clicks up, otherwise itā€™s not locked in position

Sorry to bring this back to life, but I'm about to pick one up.
For the Audi screen, is there an additional year range that I can buy or just what the original poster listed?
And thanks to the original OP for this!

I think pretty much any A4 convertible screen will work. I've bought 2.

Hello All,

I've have had an Audi windscreen in my 2018 convertible for or a few years now. It's nice......
Well on Saturday, while riding in the passenger's seat, my grandson decided to mash back his seat back. Wam.... there went the retainer bracket.
Does anyone happen to have a retired Audi windscreen and a spare passenger side pin/bracket piece? Or a source to buy a replacement part? (pictures attached).
Thanks
