Morning Ladies and Gents,

So a good buddy of mine that works for Continental gave me a heads up about some new Rubber hitting the scene this coming month.
Ironically the Extremecontact DW is saying its farewells and has been for some time so we've been wondering what would be its replacement.

Well seems like we just found out, and the specs look amazing.

Ultra-High Performance Summer Tire

This dynamic, ultra-high performance street tire is built for car enthusiasts and engineered for extreme grip in dry and wet conditions.
SportPlus Technology provides precise handling; security on wet, slippery roads; and excellent tread life.

waiting for drag radials that can last 20k+ miles lol. but these look nice they are supposed to be better than the extremecontact DW? i had the DWs on an older and they seem to work well with excellent rain traction

awesome! I wonder if they stiffened up the sidewall feel. I think that's the only "complaint" i've ever seen of the DW's.
That im not sure, until we get a set and try it out.

Everything leads to it being even better then the older model.

I am thinking the Contis will be cheaper than the new Michelin PS4 coming out later? May end up going with Contis withthe new MRR M600 :)

I wonder how well these will hook a 650+ hp car in first and second.

drag radials dont hold in 1st and 2nd on the street.. more of finding a tire to hold with a 2nd gear roll in.. im really hoping that they provide some good straight line traction though
