I have read the Mach 1 will be a limited run. Any idea how limited? Also are the next generation mustangs coming out next year as a 2023 model? If so am I better to wait for the new models and what is there likelihood they have a model like the Mach 1 positioned between the GT and GT500? Any other considerations? Thanks

Looks like the Mach 1 will be limited based on how many chips Ford can acquire. If that wasn’t a hurdle they would build as many as they have orders for.
personally I didn’t want to wait for the s650. The Mach 1 offered just about everything I was looking for in a mustang. I don’t know what the next gen will be but I worry that it will become a little too futuristic both in appearance and power plant. The Mach 1 has all the tech I need and enough old school muscle to remind me it is a mustang.

Also wouldn’t be surprised if they did away with the manual transmission. I think that’s coming sooner rather than later.
