Hot lights, cold temps, this will happen, Unless you live on a sand dune dry climate . The housing are not 100% sealed.
I didnt have the lights ON, car was parked for a week due to covid.. Headlights had MIST/Fog while parked, so heat or cool down was not an issue. Anyhow, MIST is gone today, temp went up 39 from 16... So termp was a huge factor, obviously.

Thanks Anthony

Air outside of case cooled faster than the air inside case. Air has moisture in it. Still was a temp. differential causing it.

Just came across this ghost image of your setup on another thread :

I would say the location of those heat exchanges relative the the headlamps could defo be a contributory factor when you consider temperature differentials / quick temperature changes.

I will keep a eye on my headlights too. I just had the cooling kit installed :headbang: but haven't noticed any issue with the headlights.

Yes, for sure. They are beefy coolers. The GT500 has same coolers in same spot just diff bumper cover. It went away and never came back. But its also not 9-16 degrees in NY today, its like 43, summer time lol. I am just stoked the condensation went away and appears to be normal.
Thanks Anthony
