Complimentary Roadside Assist ending

Got a letter from NMRA saying my complimentary roadside assist that was provided via City Ford Sydney was expiring and that I had to pay to renew. Has anyone had a similar experience recently?

If you service your car at Ford you get 12 mnths free roadside assist.

Or you can service it elsewhere cheaper and pay $70 for roadside assistance. All of that will cost you cheaper than a service at your dealership
