You get this installed yet?? ;).
Not yet. Still working on it. Waiting on the new lines, fuel pump voltage booster ( supposed to arrive today) and some additional nitrous fittings to arrive (should have these by the end of the week). The only other things that I’ve been able to do recently are; install the nitrous feed line and bulkhead fitting with blowdown hose. I’ll try and get a few pics up this evening. I’m actually about to get back to work on it this morning.

Update for today:

I just finished building all of the wiring harnesses for the nitrous system. I soldered all connections where possible, but did use quick connect connectors on the ends of some wiring to make removal of some components easier for maintenance and/or replacement if needed. I also tried to keep the wiring harnesses separate instead of taping them all together as one single harness branching off to everything. This will make it easier for me to troubleshoot problems, should any electrical gremlins ever surface (not counting on any, but you never know). Next up I will lay the harness out in the engine bay and feed it into the cabin on both sides. I labeled everything and laid it out exactly the way it will go, in case anyone else who installs nitrous would like a template to do theirs.

Routing the nitrous feed line was actually easier than I’d thought It would be on this car. I removed the factory fuel line cover and to my surprise, there were unused fuel line clips which seemed as if they had been put there specifically for this purpose. I used a uni-bit to enlarge the two holes on either side of the spare tire well, that were already there (just had plugs in them), from the factory. The nitrous line will enter via the driver’s side hole, whereas the bulkhead fitting for the safety blowdown hose was installed in the passenger side hole. I still have to slit the carpet to pass the lines through, but that’s about it for the lines.

I almost forgot to mention couple of things of importance.

1. The nitrous and fuel solenoids came preassembled on the mounting bracket, but the -6AN fitting for the nitrous feed line was a 45* fitting and it was angled down. I probably could have used it this way, but the bend would have been tighter than I would have liked for it to be, so I am waiting on a -6AN straight fitting which will allow the line to flow more naturally. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a pic of the 45* fitting before I removed the nitrous solenoid from the mounting bracket.

2. The solenoid bracket slightly kissed the side of the throttle body where the butterfly shaft sits, so I clearanced it and this should no longer be an issue.

Looking good buddy. If it was mine I woulda clearanced the bracket. JMO. Cheers.

Thanks WildHorse! I thought about clearance the bracket first, but there just isn‘t a lot of material there to do so safely without weakening the bracket.

if I were you, I'd spend the 220.00 and have Pro Nitrous build you a wire harness. All you do is send him your electronics and he builds a wire harness and runs the wires to all the and location you want in the car. I mounted my whole control panel in the glove box on a hinge system so I can still store items and retrieve them in the glovebox.. Best 220.00 I ever spent. Also , you may want to look into a DW400 fuel pump. I'm not a fan of fuel pump boosters. The DW400 is a super easy install. The wire harness that Pro nitrous built me took about 5-6 hours for the install, but I removed a lot of the interior to hide every wire. I have my glove box install picture on the nitrous coyote page on FB.

Thanks for that information 1badrz28, but I’m too far invested in time/money to go a different route on the wiring now. I definitely would have considered doing something like that if I had known that was an option beforehand. Having said that, if for some reason what I’ve done doesn’t turn out to be as nice as what I had hoped for, I will reach out to Pro Nitrous for assistance.

I’ll check out the nitrous coyote FB page to see what’s going on over there. How does your coyote run on nitrous? What kind of hp/tq and 1/4 mile ETs have you been able to run with your car? Thanks

Mine kit is all wired in, and I just finished installing the DW400 fuel pump. I'll make some passes this spring to see how it runs. I have yet to even run my car at the track since I bought it.

Cool! What size shot are you running and I’m assuming you‘ll be spraying on E85?

If you unable to that would be a good option, otherwise it's a pretty straight forward wiring job. I agree that a BAP is a bandaid, I rather go to a dual pump setup.

Once I add the dual pump module from DW I’ll be 1/3 there plus the dw400 works with the factory wiring . I have my pro nitrous wiring turning on pump two when I arm the nitrous, once I add the fuel pump module . And I can use the winmax to turn on the fuel pump by rpm if I have go forced induction which is a better option than a Hobbs switch

Man, what a day! I feel like I got very little accomplished and I worked from sunup to sundown. A great deal of that time was spent looking at how I wanted to route and secure the harnesses that I made. Finally, I unwrapped the factory wiring harness to access the #1 coil wire (white with purple tracer) and TPS sensor wire (brown), after which I soldered on a short length of wire to both. I’ll need to cut them to the desired length and add quick connectors to the ends, so that they will plug into the nitrous harness. Once that was done, I carefully taped everything back up with tesa tape. I think the harness blends in nicely and doesn’t stand out, which is exactly what I was shooting for. I also started routing the wiring for the JMS fuel pump voltage booster. I’m thinking of mounting it on the drivers side rear seat back for easy access and more airflow to keep it cool, but will research more mounting options.
