So is any one running a cobb access port stage 1 with catless down pipe? i'm wondering if it will throw a check engine light or lose performance ?

Yes it will and I noticed a decrease in performance after installing the dp. Talk to Adam of Tune+. He fixed my cel and tuned it properly, night and day difference afterwards.
