Does the GT350 have the same stupid clutch assist spring as the GT's? IF so, are you guys replacing with the Steeda version's?

Thank you! That's what I thought. Assuming my deal goes through I'm going to buy the spring and see if dealer can install before I even pick the car up.

It literally takes minutes to install with a vice grip. I had mine mailed to the dealer and just popped it in the car before starting the 3 day road trip back.

Clutch is more linear with Steeda clutch spring installed, all my GT350 friends did this as their first mod.

Agree, it’s a must have mod and takes 10 minutes to change, needle nose pliers and a flash light and your on your way!

Well actually...kinda sorta. I'm a dumbass when I installed mine. Make sure to read the direciton where on the GT350, you replace your new Steeda spring with BOTH OEM springs as the GT350 has two sets of springs on the one single perch. I tried to install the single Steeda spring on top of the small but very very stiffer secondary spring.

I have not. I feel like there was a reason they added the clutch spring and it should be left as-is. I stall the car all the time though (slight exaggeration) but still feel like it just takes practice which with time that will come.

2017 GT350 now gone to a great home.
I'm on the original spring, and it's only weird on the 1-2 shift when slowly pulling out for me. After that I have no issue, especially on the track.

The factory clutch spring made me think I had forgotten how to drive a stick. I still had my GT500 when I got the 350. Glad I ran across a post that mentioned the Steeda spring. Bought it, best mod yet (well other than my side stripes).

Anyone daily with the spring?
It doesn't make the clutch feel harder or softer. It just stops the clutch from feeling stupid in the upper 1/3 of the travel. It won't affect whether you daily the car.
