Be careful. I think, once you hit the trigger, she goes full out pressure. Never seen one that you can regulate with the trigger but if you have one, good for you. Do a test somewhere first. And you make a good point re concrete; these high pressure machines are for demo work, not cleanup. We can usually blast old paint, mastic, even cementitious coatings. If you ever get a jet type nozzle you can carve your name in concrete.

The electric ones don’t get high enough pressure unless you are using a single point nozzle and even then it needs to be fairly close. The spray wands tend be no worse than the tight sprays off a garden hose, you just get a fan instead.

I agree re the electric ones. They very seldom get over 600 psi, and that's 12" away. For every 12'' you move away, you cut the effective pressure down quite a bit- maybe 50% or so- not sure. Unless we are doing really heavy coating removals, we buy the electric ones you're talking about, and throw them away after each job. 600 psi is usually enough.

Running this through the power washer's injection kit would probably be effective. Especially if used with the Hourleey undercarriage douche kit.

The stuff neutralizes ALL METAL SALTS in our oceans since it's designed to protect Salt Water cooled Motors and equipment......so ROAD SALT should be a piece of cake!! :like:

I use one of those gutter cleaner attachments with the adjustable head. Good pressure without blowing things apart.

I have the same thing, works good. Only issue is the my car is lowered and with the big wheels it won't fit unless I take them off.
Pop those larger wheels off the Ryobi water broom and slap on a set of skateboard wheels - that should get you under a lowered car...

Haha that's what I get for not reading the whole thread before I post a comment - after reading through, it looks like Ryobi isn't the best option anyway.
