how many track rats would buy the 4 or 6-banger to begin with out of the population that buys the 4 or 6? Probably a miniscule percentage. No demand, no offering. "If we build it they will come" didn't materialize.

The sad part is that at least in sixxer trim a 1LE package would make for a very nice, balanced, dual-purpose street/HPDE car if people could get past their "more HP first" mentality.
