Does anyone know of a anti-theft bolt that would work for the CFTP spoiler?

Seems like it could walk off extremely easy....

There is no defending against a cordless sawzall

If you know the thread size, you can find tamper resistant bolts on McMaster Carr. Similar to the attached pic.. They most likely have any size you would need!

Jerad: This was discussed last year. Problem is, a battery-powered Sawzall to cut the mounts would probably be the thief's removal method of choice.

I had a guy tell me he saw a kid downtown with a mini plasma cutter. Sounded like a fish story, but who knows, I'm never surprised any more.

I like to disassemble things.
There are small plasma cutters but they need a power supply and compressed air.

I have a wing I picked up and some interesting locking hardware for it too. I'll get some photos of everything tomorrow.

I'm interested in this idea too, once my wing comes in I was looking to use short screws, and even thread locker, but I'll wait and see what yours will be looking like.

I already have them. Again, a cordless Sawzall and your wing is gone in 15 seconds.

The security screws aren't going to stop anyone. I have them and have zero confidence in them.

Then the answer is, don’t leave your car alone for any length of time!

Now I want to cruise dealerships to see if any of them are stupid enough to leave a CFTP outside over the weekend! There goes their ADM!

I have a 110 volt plasma cutter that can cut through 5/16” steel.. I have a 4000w inverter and a bottle of nitrogen in my truck.. yes, it is completely possible..

I also have a Hypertherm Powermax 1000, I can cut your car up small enough to send it to you a piece at a time in a USPS box! If it fits, it ships. It’s not a question of is it possible, the question is.. how far do you want to get to get something. What’s it worth to you?
