As the title stated, anyone installed quik latch pins on cervini GT500 hood for 15-17 ? which one did you go with QL50, QL38 ? pics will be helpfull

Such a heavy hood it really isn't needed. I have obtained some pretty significant speed and dont get so much as a shake.

Why would you need the 1k-50 the 38 holds 500lbs per latch.

i have used them but i dont think it needs them unless u going over 180 mph

I just purchased mine, I also have a shadow black. You painted the vent a satin black right? I’m still indecisive about doing it gloss or satin.

The 38 should be fine but for additional factor of safety, the 50 might give that extra peace of mind.
