just wondering to the people that had this done to their cars

how much does this normally cost ? trying to get an idea to see if im being overcharge by this detail place offering me packages from $1000 (1 layer) to $2000 ( 4layers)

does that sound about right?

Sounds bloody expensive for something you can do yourself. Honestly, I would have a shop to PPF, but do the coatings myself.

The difficult and time consuming part is actually the prep and paint correction. That's why they charge so much.
