All my stuff broke on rolls. LOLI won’t race anything from a dig just rolls for fun
Lmaoo never heard of that. What broke? That’s never happen. You must’ve been making crazy power with real sticky tiresAll my stuff broke on rolls. LOL
Transmission 3X. Stock short block 2X. Axle. Always DR's. Lots of 30-130 testing.Lmaoo never heard of that. What broke? That’s never happen. You must’ve been making crazy power with real sticky tires
Build it, break it, fix it and repeat!Transmission 3X. Stock short block 2X. Axle. Always DR's. Lots of 30-130 testing.
Should be good for awhile now.
At least when I build back better, I REALLY build back better than the last time.Build it, break it, fix it and repeat!![]()
Yes sir that’s the right way!At least when I build back better, I REALLY build back better than the last time.![]()
Nice. Thanks for the feedback. If and when I remove my motor to build, then absolutely I will Upgrade the OPG/CS as well as any other part which is not specifically made for performance.I have a procharged 5.0. I did do OPG built motor and trans but I didn’t do any of the shafts. I will only race it on the street I wouldn’t track and destroy it.
Get you some Cometic MLX head gaskets also.3 years. 30k miles procharged @14-16lbs. Tons of track passes and no OPGs. No failures with the power plant except the drivetrain. Broken axles and trans. Went BC3 and upgraded axles. However I will be doing upgrades to engine starting with head studs and since it’s already torn apart I might as well throw the OPGs in that’s been sitting on the shelf for about a year now. Just been too lazy to do it. Will probably send off the head unit to get a refresh too while I’m at it.
Don't race but mess around on the street alot, have stock drivetrain, want to upgrade to a calimer stg3 with axels and good clutch at some point, not really looking forward to spending 8k to do that. Right now 15psi e85 procharger stg2 kit no opg or sprocket. I run 345 555r2s and 325 r888rs and they hold decent on the street with some driving beforehand to heat them up.
Skip it, as you will likely not have any issues. Just make sure you got engine money on the side if it does take a poop. What's the consensus of OPG/CS for a Gen2 manual car that will never see the strip or track and will never be above 700hp on an ESS blower? The car only ever sees highway pulls and twistys.
Don’t bounce off the rev limiter, and especially not if you’re running a 5W-50 oil……. Unless you see oil temperatures over 245°.What's the consensus of OPG/CS for a Gen2 manual car that will never see the strip or track and will never be above 700hp on an ESS blower?
