Lund and the nGauge don't work for the 2021 MY correct? I'll be upgrading the OPGs and crank sprocket, will that help with that issue?

I also was just reading and the procharger kits all say 50% hp increase which would only be an extra 230hp, but can do more with modified motors... to my understanding our stock blocks can easily handle up to 1000hp or is this bad info?
Virtually everyone who has broke a crankshaft is at 1,000+ HP and most have an improperly installed ATI balancer. 850RW seems to be a really safe RW HP number, after that reliability does go down with every additional 100HP. 50% increase would be for a standard low boost kit. Upping ther HP is as simple as ordering a smaller pulley with your kit.

I'd like to get a Guage on what pulley size/boost level i would need to hit my 700whp+ goal with a procharger. Does seem like beefcake gives you different pulley options so im guessing id have to buy it seperate.

P1x stage 2 with a 4.5" pulley will get you there with roughly 10PSI on Premium fuel. (93 preferred)

What pulley size comes stock on the stage 2?

Also, the crank support option, does that help reduce the possibility of the crank snapping?

I have a brand new never used P1-X tuner kit and supporting mods/options including the Mak hurricane intake. I'm in NJ. I am on the fence about staying FBO E85. Hit me up if you'd like some details. I'm happy to explian my research and rationale for the parts setup I put together either way, though I think you are of course being educated well right here as it stands.

I started with Lund for tuning originally and they required the use of the ID1050x injectors. Would not tune w/o them.

I had some new LU47's but Lund said no. I get the reason for the 1050's since people tend to keep pulleying down until they run out of fuel, then blame the tuner.

The bigger injectors are insurance for the tuner, IMHO. Overkill for my build, no doubt. I "might" go to a 4.5" pulley later to get me around 650 at the wheel, but not decided.

I would call one of the vendors on here that sell a variety of superchargers. They would be able to tell you exactly what you need.

It’s not the device it’s that the 2021 MY computers are still not fully accessible . Ford has done a good job at locking the new computers. It has been said by Lund that tuning for 2021 MY will not be full access until probably next year. Check with whoever you plan on using to tune your car and ask if they can even tune a forced induction combination.

DGR in York, PA can, they've done quite a few already including my buddies 2021 GT with a new VMP Odin setup.

I have the beefcake special Vortech 800 kit getting installed this week. Will be running on 93 but I can advise dyno numbers if you’d like when it’s done. I chose centri over PD so I could keep strut bar and swaybars intact. Although I’m not necessarily chasing HP numbers like you, just want more fun that probably won’t kill other parts of the car too prematurely lol.

So as I continue to research and learn ive cone across something interesting. Apparently you can control boost by running a wastegate setup on the Centri blowers which i did not know! Pretty cool. How easy is this to accomplish? I'm wondering if DGR has any experience with this type of setup...

w3ablak91,

Did you notice the torque curve in post #149, where PBD was tuning a P-1X? On 93 it looks like there was about 400 ft. lbs. at around 3K rpm.

How much more do you need at a relatively low rpm?

Beefcake sells a torque booster for the Vortech, it does not fit the Pro-C. The torque booster makes a centri behave a lot like a PD.

I was thinking more with a wastegate I would be able to achieve max boost sooner. Also it seems like I'd have the ability to run different tunes with different boost levels.
