I run the United Ford Owners club autocross with a buddy who has a s197 TP car.

Our local SCCA fun event was cancelled last weekend, and we all know how the weather has been...

So, we put together a shotgun autocross for Sunday April 17th!

Where: Columbus Motor Speedway
When: 10:30am first car off
Cost: $35 (could be less if we get more turnout)

Arrive at 9:30 to get car teched, walk course, and drivers meeting.

All experience levels are welcome.

Link to the event ?

Btw - what class you're running with the springs ?
Go easy on the website, we just got "elected" a few months ago in the off season to Autocross directors and have made huge strides in organization and tech since then.

We now have 2 sensor sets, and can run 2 cars at once, have data cable to laptop (used to be marker board) and have a macro for auto timing entry, etc. We're starting earlier, getting more runs, courses are different each event and are much more challenging and faster than ever before.

Website refresh hasn't been a priority.

Keep in mind, this event isn't on the official schedule, as its a shotgun one we created since the only other event was 1.5 hours away in Kilkare and nobody local wanted to spend 3+ hours driving Sunday.

There is a facebook page too: UFO Autocross.

Regarding classing, we don't really have classes... We usually know everyone that comes and class according to times, not really mods or models, etc.

Its a very low stress event, nothing like an SCCA event, but still organized and efficient.
