CEL flashing, Code: “B” Camshaft Position - Timing Over-Retarded (Lund 85R)

Was driving in the freeway just now (very hot weather btw), CEL flashed heard weird noise and perhaps slight brief burning smell, and then pulled over. Turned off vehicle, turned back on and went away. Turned on my Ngauge and said 2 codes: “B” Camshaft Position - Timing Over-Retarded (Lund 85R).
I cleared the codes to see if they'd pop up again, so far nothing. Should I be worried, and still drive? Contacting Lund of course about this too rn.

As I understand it, "B" refers to a bank of cylinders, or the affected side. I don't know which is side A or B. Anyway, the timing advance mechanism sometimes get stuck, resulting in a rough idle. This happened in my car when the oil temp ran high.
