Putting a feeler out there to gauge interest in a set of lightly used (5000 miles, 1 mild track day) racing brake CC Rotors
And
Racing Brake XC-40 pads (4000 miles and 1 light track day).
And G-loc 12 rear pads (3000 miles and 1 light track day)
For anyone that doesn’t know about these metal sintered racing pads, they have amazing bite and never feed with the coefficient of friction have about 0.6
These pads actually protect carbon ceramic rotors by putting a special layer of metal oxide on them. Apparently they extend carbon ceramic rotor in life significantly when going to the racetrack.
They do squeak a bit when daily driving (as do the G loc 12s)
attached are some screenshots of some email correspondence with Racing Brake as I was initially concerned with how the pads were degrading after only one light track day. They supplied me with some references and stories from people who use these on way more hard-core applications than I ever did and helped me with what to expect.
go to www.racingbrake.com/2c67-ZR1/
For CCM rotor product details.
brand new the rotors and pads were approximately 6000$ US
I’m open to offers above 3000$US
thx!
