So I stop to fill up gas. Get back in and it wouldn't start. Brake pedal is rock hard.

This is a brand new 2016 manual GT. Does anyone know a fix? Waiting for a tow truck trying to figure out how I'm going to get to work tomorrow.

So after 30 minutes I slam on the clutch a few times out of anger and it started.

Update:

So I got home thought I'd test it out. It wouldnt start again. When I push in the clutch I don't hear the fuel pump. Pressing the start button turns on the auxiliary power.

Then I got a message. Press clutch and brake. When I hold the brake it goes to just press clutch. But doing that does nothing. But when I hold the brake and pump the clutch it starts.

I'm thinking ecu issue? Not recognizing the clutch being depressed. Because driving everything seemed fine. And once it starts everything is good to go.

I'll be calling the dealer tomorrow. Anyone have experience with this?

Faulty/sticking clutch pedal switch. Make sure it's properly attached to the bracket.

I'm assuming that's under the pedal? If not where/what do I need to do. Any necessary tools? I'll take a look now otherwise I'd have to wait until tomorrow night.

Seems like something is unplugged. Trying to figure out where it goes.

Sorry for so many replies. You were exactly right. Found it, plugged it back in and worked like a charm.

Thank you!
