Hello everyone so I have a Mustang GT 2019 PP I bought it used and the place that sold it to me put all wrong parts so I went ahead and bought the performance pack dash trim with the gauges and to my surprise the wires for the gauge were cut off I was moving them and heard a short and all the lights turned off the battery was still disconnected so I rewired them and plugged the gauges they did not work because the fuse below so I replaced it and they work but now the car won't start just says steering assist fault and won't crack. Thanks

Check the huge 125a fuse under the hood, in the fuse panel.

See this thread where a GT350 owner had a no power non-start issue and could not get the car to start, it ended up being a 125A fuse:

However, before you continue to play with wires, you should try to find the wires that created the short... because it could cause bigger problems than just blowing out fuses...

Hey thanks for replying, i figured out the problem, the run/start relay no. 78 in the fuse box diagram is not getting a signal voltage from the ignition when i start the car. The relay is getting a hot 12v to the relay. I bypassed the relay with a wire and the car started. How do i fix the ignition signal for the relay to work again?
