Car sputtering hesitating and won’t get out of 3rd gear

I’ve taken it to three dealerships and aamco. It’s not the transmission. Everyone says something. They have no idea. I’ve changed the throttle body, MAF sensor, spark plugs, 02 sensors, checked coil packs and fuel injectors. Contacted tuner company to do a data log. They said 02 sensors might be bad since it flatlined in WOT or fuel shortage. What do you guys think?

3rd gear limiter is limp mode. Could be the culprit of a weak battery among many other things. Definitely limp mode though. Try flashing back to stock and see what happens. Happened to me one time after my CAI blew off from a loose connector.
