Turns out someone forgot to put a hazard sticker on the box and it was nearly loaded onto the wrong plane. I dunno what they think I'm shipping lol

I picked up my car new from the dealer in October with a lovely scratched dashboard. I've just emailed them again as they told me that they would get me a replacement one. They wrote it in the warranty materials. So far, all my emails have been unanswered. Ford customer service, really makes me feel like a valued customer.

Tasca Parts strikes again, they sent me 3 door actuators and forgot 1 of the A/C lines

You need to play hardball, it's going to cost them a lot in time and money to fix. I bet there also isn't too many spare either being rhd.

We're making progress. I got a return email today from my salesperson. The guy who deals with warranties is out until next week. And my salesperson is on holiday next week.

I actually got a reply from Tasca too, the A/C line is on back order but they'll ship it once it comes into stock.

Oops looks like I may have also ordered 2x Boundary Crank Sprockets CM-SP-15 too

Out of interest how much did Stackry save over using shipping from Tasca?
Thinking of getting some GT350R sway bars and spring but shipping from places like Levittown is looking like $1000 Tasca shipping is around $200

Large and heavy items will always be expensive but if you can bundle them together with a lot of smaller items it offsets the cost.
