Car Bras

Just wondering if any members have or are looking at purchasing a Car Bra to protect the front of the Mustang. I like the look of and specs of the Colgan Customer Front End Cover that CJ Pony stock. I have emailed CJ Pony to confirm what the size is of the Number Plate hole is.
Would appreciate other members feedback.

I like my Colvan, it's not used but for long trips. You must make certain both the bra and car are clean and dry to avoid damage to your paint.

I have the mirror bras as well, nice fit.

Colvan direct or autoanything will offer the leather finish and the not fake carbon fiber.

Looks like that thread has been removed. These Car Bra's are designed to fit with a US Size Front Number Plate.

I plan also to use it only on long country trips.
So do run a Front Car Cover with a hole for the number plate? I am trying to find out what the size of the hole is as CJ Pony just came back to me to say it fits the US Spec Number Plate. Here in Australia we have a large variety of car Number Plates in style and size. Mine are what called slimline so the front one is about 15 inches wide including the clear Perspex cover and only 3 inches high. Not so worried if the hole is bigger a far as height it is more a case of width to make sure it will fit around it.

I got mine from CJPP without the hole with the idea of cutting a small slot to fit the Craig's bracket through. There is no mesh covering the lower grill cut outs which Should give access to the underside securing screw of the bracket.

I do not have the license plate bracket on my car. I utilize the Sto-N-Sho removable bracket which mounts to the bottom of the splitter. Great product!!!! It may require a slight bit of modification for your plate but well worth it if you ask me.

Not yet Greg but I was told that he has supplied quite a few already to the new Mustang owners without any issues.
I guess I'll know once it turns up.
Will definitely do a review with pictures.

I'm having trouble getting the top bra on by myself. It's almost like its 5cm too short. Anyone has the same issue?
My mate is coming over tomorrow to help me stretch it out...
The lower bra is easy enough to put on.
I have to say, it looks good.

Leave the Stang and the bra in the sun.

The bra will stretch when it is hot for a nice fit. We hope!!
