except it's not when you proclaim/assert you're a neutral "platform" and Congress grants you express exceptions from lawsuits under section 230 and then say, "we're only kidding, we're gonna exert full editorial control over content, suckaz!" Of course they are welcome to do so but they Immediate forfeit 230 protections. You can't have it both ways.

As to restaurants and stores, they are places of public accommodation and do not get to claim "private property" to do whatever they want. Plus you should go read your so-called governor's edicts from on-high. You can drive a bus thru the exceptions - it's a joke. But aside from the legal argument, you as a customer can refuse to patronize places of business run by illiterate morons. And I do. Same with 'no guns' posted.

But there's probably a thread or two where this would be better discussed.
