I don't know who has the power to make the decision and implement subforums.

But I would think a PM to Moderator would be the place to start. If he is not the person who can actually do something about it, I'm sure he can point you in the right direction.

Thanks. I'll do that.

I called a dealer today about a LE they are receiving and he asked if I wanted it as an Ecoboost....

Moving on

I'd bet 15-20k over sticker that if they had a 50th, they would know....

Right. Because threads never go a little off topic. Highlighting some of the differences of an LE vs GT PP in a thread that is trying to justify the need for a separate LE subforum seems like good idea to me.

Thanks for the tip though. I looked through the first couple of pages and didn't see anything; I'm not going to read 95 pages.

According to everything I've ever read on the LE it is same engine, tranny, brakes, differential, and, as far as I can tell, suspension. Mechanically the the same as GT PP. With the exception of being able to get an auto with PP.

Though, maybe our definition of what is considered 'mechanical' is different.

If anyone can be bothered to list what is mechanically different, my curiosity is definitely piqued.
read harder..different rear brakes and front swaybar

Like I said, nothing I could find with a google search pointed this out. I believe you and everyone else saying it is so, but outside of this forum I have not been able to find mention of it.

If you have any external links that speak to these differences, would love to read them.

As much as you down play the LE, and with the funds you clearly have, I can't help but be curious why you don't just get the GT350 instead? Heck or even get the LE, sell it for a slight profit, and then get the GT350 when it drops?

You make valid point. I considered that, but I don't know who owns the forum and I am not sure a mod can. Can you point me in right direction to a super mod or owner?
PM to 'JarStang' or 'Moderator'

I'm not loaded-->:confused:

Downplay...I like facts...LE is nothing more than a GT with cosmetic features...Hope some of the performance rumors become fact (I don't believe they will)

I want a DD just a little different than the rest...The LE has a paint color I love WW + it's not look at me because I have stripes or I'm Yellow (nothing wrong with that)...

What makes you think I won't be purchasing a GT 350 for my fun car?

BTW...Make me an offer for my LE above sticker (10K) and I'll trailer it to my garage and wait for your $$$ to turn over the title-->

Also notice the 50th LE PP shows Unique Rear Brake Package which we discovered was the police pack upgrade.

The info has been there since day one..i have pointed it out since day one...people ignored it dismissing it all as "system glitches"....
