Can anyone tell me if my rear wheel wells are supposed to look like this?

Both sides of mine looked like that the day I bought it. I trimmed it up some to make it look cleaner.

I'm just getting off my meds for the freakin sheet metal waves that I find unacceptable but to see this would warrant me driving mine through the front plate glass window at the dealership, tossing the keys on the General Managers desk and walking off!!!!
