Yeah from driving in my 2017 Ford Mustang GT Premium Performance Package Beast and sitting in it for so long while enjoying every minute driving it since July 3. While many of you that ordered your 2018 are dreaming about driving yours.

Really you guys need to get off your high horse and realize that there are plenty more modded 2015-2017's out there that will put your 2018 to shame and they paid a lot less. So it may be you that is butt hurt to know you got taken down by an older model Mustang and one not as new or technologically better or with direct injection.

Besides you guys should spend more time bashing Chevy or Dodge owners than pick a fight with your own kind. Shameful. :tsk:

Magneride was the only addition worth considering for me but nothing else was important enough that I had to have it. The added performance is well in reach with mild mods and the biggest change for the track is that wheel/tire combo. Thumbs up to those getting an ‘18, but there’s no rain on my S550 parade!

Ok guys, I thought I'd start a thread so we can vent, complain, cry, deny or anything else we might need to do to feel better about the recent performance of the new 2018 GT. I'm sure the moderators do not want any more negative front end comments but that's pretty much all we have at this point! :lol:

Not butt-hurt at all, not even with only 4.6L and maybe 315 HP at the crank.

That said, the numbers I've just seen were all with automatic transmissions and I'd rather drive a slow MT car than any AT car no matter how much faster it might be.

This is my position. The Auto may be quicker, but I just find manual so much more fun. Also gives me an excuse to do a few more mods to give me a leg up ;-)
