Phil, did the brace fit without any need to "adjust" it ie grinding it ?
The only problem is the K brace which extends out of the firewall.
Apparently according to my Mustang expert here who did the fitting, the Strut brace is designed for a lhd car
Accordingly fandaudi probly didn't have the problem in his photos he's posted.
On my rhd the left side of the tower brace touched the edge of the K brace so it wouldn't then sit perfectly flat.
We had 2 choices
Pack the area to make it sit flat
Just tighten the bolts down on the tower brace so it didn't move
my expert opinion was that packing could look ugly while if we just screwed the bolts tight no one would know the difference anyway so I went with this option
So in response to your query, no grinding, no surgery required and no one can tell the difference anyway.

Interesting that my expert told me that Flatrock had delivered one NZ Bullitt with the tower brace installed in error.
It would be interesting to know how they overcame this fitment issue at Flatrock?

Anyway thrilled with the mods especially the hood struts, covering up that plastic coolant tank and the installation of the tower brace now makes me think its 100% rather than the 98% without it

Cool !!!
Is there existing harness or you need a new one for the side markers ?
No existing harness in EU version. Not allowed in Switzerland. It doesn't matter. I prefer red color for my car (like the Brembo)

It looks great !!!
Are you considering to change rear side marker lights to US style ? This is one mod in my mind but wondering if the harness is still there or its different for EU cars.
When I first saw the overseas Bullitt photos with the red tailights I thought that was the better option to go with the DHG body colour, but decided to wait until I saw mine in the flesh and then decide whether or not I swapped over the tailights and the side markers.
The only method I would consider would be tints.
I then got told that NZ authorities required the outside tailight (the indicator) to flash yellow or orange not red, to differential it from the other red tailights.
I haven't confirmed this requirements yet but am now quite relaxed about the tailights being clear , my priority has been in the engine bay
Now that that area has been sorted I will rethink the tailight issue but it isn't an urgent issue for me

Me too ! This will be my first mod since the orange markers look terrible and don't fit to Brembo. So I need to put in a new harness to make the red ones functional or just switch the color and keep them lightless.
