Oh it goes lower than that lol

I don’t wear the watch overnight now, so the lowest it’s clocked today is 42.

It’s dipped into the mid to high 30’s on some days at work, which is also typical for TV time before bed.

When I did wear a watch for bed, I’ve seen low 30’s.

On the other end of the scale (stress test) I’ve seen 193 (on a chest strap, not from an optical sensor), which goes some way to dispelling the 220 minus you age ‘rule of thumb’. It’s not a lot of fun at that work rate though …

I like the Pilot too but would lean towards the Portugieser. It would be more of a dressy, special occasion wear for me.
