True, but with a 10 speed and 480hp like the Bullitt, straight line performance will be very close if not identical to the 526hp Voodoo.

And all other suspension bits and a base GT will be nipping at the GT350 buds easily.

Yes Sir.. however FORD will never let it outperform the GT350 stock for stock. Like they said, it's a bridge between the GT & Shelby. Frankly I like the grill mounted headights!

Everyone keeps talking about not letting it step on the GT350. Y'all know that the GT350 production is coming to an end right? As long as it doesn't eclipse the GT500 performance it's absolutely fine.

If this will be a limited production, it could easily end up being a $60K Mustang particularly with potential ADM. If the focus is track oriented, why not just add coolers to the PP2 and spend $5K on a good driving school and some track time? You'll be seconds ahead of the pack and have $10K left over for tires.

When you go down that road, you might as well spend $20k or less on a used PP GT and add coolers to that instead. The idea is you can have a car with full warranty coverage that will hold up on the road course plus have all the latest gizmos. If you have to start modifying you are risking the warranty and not everyone wants to do that. And not everyone even wants to modify if you disregard the warranty issues.

I like your way of thinking. IMO if it gets to have more HP than the GT350, it should be 550-580 or so.

thinking air passages, Lord knows the GT needs some more cooling, this could be part of it. But it doesn't look good imo. fitting a honeycomb over that shouldn't reduce air flow too much I would think. Will just have to wait and see, I don't think I've ever been as eager as this year for vehicle releases and specs, between the Mach 1 and the Bronco, it's a good year to like Fords.

judging by the open mesh(on the sides) in the lower portion of the bumber either it is for brake cooling or do we perhaps have coolers installed there ???
