Ok so ive been racking my head over this combo.

Boss intake $528 whitebear lake ford

GT350 intake and GT350 TB $402 levitown ford

Ford Racing 52# injectors $248 levitown ford

total minus tune $1178

id like to run e85 so i dont see the need to pay the extra $200 or so for the PP2 package and then need to pay for a tune on top of that too.

seems like a solid cheap bang for buck setup esp once its on e85!!

Thoughts?

Oops forgot I think a Ngauage with dual 91 and E85 tunes would be best route to go with from Lund

That boss intake is not all that far away in price from the recently lowered price gt350 or a new CJ on ebay. The 13-14 GT500 twin bore throttle bodies are dirt cheap and work with the CJ.

I had not checked the prices on them in about a month (I'm getting ready to do this as well), and I am not finding them as cheap as I was. $860 is the cheapest I am finding now. The FRPP description says tested to 20+ psi of boost so they had it in mind when designing and testing it.

Im so bipolar and torn what to do with this car.

Ive debated on punting it for a hellcat or gt350 but payments would take too big of a leap to really justify it.

Id love to buy a paxton and feed it some e85 and call it a day but then tossing that kind of money around i could go gt350 or hellcat using the boost money towards the new car purchase.

I like the thought of a 10 speed and magride 5.0 in the 2018s but damn it Ford needs to put out the performance figures and let the magazines do the instrumented reviews too.

The PP2 or PP3 might just be a fuck it solution to keep me happy for a little while longer without spending much.

THE STRUGGLE IS REAL

lol.

Edit again is 11s doable with PP3 3.55 gears firestone indy 500s and E85?

As someone who has ppk2, don't get it unless you're looking to retain a warranty. I saw 18go up top, just because of the raise to 7200rpm, and nothing else. If warranty not an issue, I would jlt intake, TB of choice, and Bama tune... Imo, until I got cams

so they raise the limiter to 7200 with the pp2?
Yup, it's nice dont get me wrong, but I would prefer red line stay at 6250 and being more lower rpm power, say, starting power at 3k instead of 4k like it is now...

Gt350 and TB don't bother with BOSS unless you wanna spend money on engine mounts and new hood and not get as much gain as GT 350. And go with LUND flex fuel you can swap from 91/93 to E85 when you please and adjusts automatically. Don't bother with Bama tuning .
