Hey mustang world. Anyone else out there installed the borla stype? I bought mine from CJPONY and installed myself (2 jack stands not ideal) this past Wednesday 2/16. I smile and laugh with utter joy when I hear the sound. Amazing sound! And the fitment was flawless. I’d love to hear what others that installed this exhaust have to say about it. I honestly believe this is what a mustang is meant to sound like. NA all the way, raw and pure. Links to sound clips forth coming

I run the S-Type Catback on my 2019 GT A10 car......I love the sound of the S-Type on the Coyote. I had the same setup on my 17 GT a few years ago. In my opinion, it is the best sounding exhaust out there for the Coyote Mustangs. But that is certainly subject to personal opinion.

I love the green. Are you lovin the PP2? I am. I’m curious what the outcome of your tune was and the cost. I have the roush CAI with the insert, waiting to do a tune until I get the cobra jet and unfortunately a new CAI to fit the oval design.

I love the PP2 and all the options, plus the digi dash. I didn't have it long before doing the Lund tune, but in Sport+ mode it runs like its hair is on fire.

I used to have this same setup on my 2018. All I can say is this:
MAKE SURE YOU THREADLOCK ALL OF THE LITTLE SCREWS ON THE CARBON FIBER TIPS!!!!!

I almost lost 2 of mine because a bunch of the screws rattled out.

Other than that, I LOVED the sound and miss it. The Active Exhaust on my 2019 gets noisy in Track mode but it's not the same.

Give it some time to settle in. It'll quiet down some after 500-1000 miles.

I agree 100%! I added the borla 60661 resonator and it sounded perfect. Only issue is it's 2.5" through the resonator not 3". I loved the sound before but couldn't handle cold starts at 3am and driving 100 miles a day...

I ran them (full cbe) on my 2016 Mustang GT and personally I feel like I've never heard a better sounding exhaust for the coyote.
