It looks like it was welded up from bits and pieces. Is this something the muffler shop made for you?

Looking at his pics, I would have to agree that this is a home made system. I highly doubt that Borla would have a product with that build quality. The welds on the tips are horrible. I hope the OP is not trying to pass off this Franken exhaust as a true Borla kit.
