Boost with procharger d1

Has anyone with a stage 2 d1 procharger been told that your car cannot be tuned with 4.75 pulley on straight 93.

I run the 4.88 pulley and even with longtubes, my Boost Box was showing 13 PSI at the very top of 3rd on the street. I imagine I'd touch 15 psi with the 4.75 pulley. That's a lot of boost for 93 octane.

Yea u was the first one i thought of lol,i remember u having that small pulley on 93.Crazy thing is they tuned it on my pp car with 93 for a year and car never had knock.Now they are saying they think that pulley is too small.I had a mechanical guage hooked up and at 7200 rpms the most boost i ever seen was 10 maybe 10.5.Cant believe you running a 4.5 on 92 and u dont use any octane additive??

Yea i never seen even 11psi on the 4.75,I know when the cold air comes in boost can go up some but i dont think 3 to 4 pounds change.

Nope. They must be dumping a bunch of fuel in it within the tune.

What RPM were you at when you saw the 15PSI and what was the weather like?

I never saw 15 PSI thankfully. I said I'd probably see that much boost if I switched to the 4.75 pulley under the same circumstances.

I saw 13 PSI around 7600 RPM in 3rd gear with the 4.88 pulley. I saw 11 PSI on the dyno in 5th, though.

I have the 4.75 and see ~12# at 7700rpm. Lund tuned no issues. Cold air I see 1 to 2# increase. AFR, timing etc... all look good

Does that mean you see 13-14 in cold air?
