I was sitting still. Bus cuts corner right on me.

My question is do ya think it could be totaled? I'm extremely upset she only has 3,000 miles . Now I might have to drive a wrecked Mustang ecoboost for 10 plus years:( . Is there a silver lining? Is there anything I can do to make this situation any better? Is there a way to not have this car anymore it will never be the same:( . Is it possible to upgrade the front end and side rockers. I have no experience with accidents. Sound off folks.

Highly doubt it's totaled. It does suck though. I'd be going after diminished value and after the school district. You can probably get the Roush front end instead of OEM as a replacement.

That really sucks, but you'll be fixed up good as new. It happens; be thankful no one was hurt and now you have that first scratch out of the way. ;)

It doesn't look like it would be totaled. As said before, you could go for diminished value. Theres a few members on here that has experienced with diminished value.

As for the bus, contracted to who? The city? A school district?

Sorry for your misfortune. Best wishes getting it fixed. Have them do a thorough search for damage and you should as well. Let us know how much the estimate is. I'm just going to ballpark it at 5 to 7 K in damage. Not sure what percent of value before an insurer will total a vehicle. You could always ask your insurance company.

Yes to the school district. The school bus drivers are not paid by the district but by a separate llc

Contracted or not, school district still responsible for the bus. Will come out of contract insurance, but if they don't pay far amount, you go after the school
