With the SP763 what are people measuring front and back? With Whipple and stock springs I am measuring 27.5 in front and 28 inches in back

Since getting my Mustang, I have discovered the joys of working on cars. I am running a NA '18 GT PP. I believe I am going to go with the SP763 springs due to my stock dampers. This will be my first time dropping a car, but my friend's lift that I am using has dropped a Mustang before.

Is the SP763 the best choice for daily driving my car? This will see minimal track time (at least for the present). I like the minimal drop option and like that I can keep my stock dampers. Heard many good things about these springs. Also, apologies of my questions are n00b.

They are perfect for daily driving! You'll definitely be very satisfied.

Are the springs mainly for looks or are there handling benefits?
Yes. They lower the CG and improve some aspects of the suspension geometry (front anti-dive, in particular). Roll, squat and dive all improve.

Nowhere in this thread does it mention the actual drop amount? I'd like something around an inch or so drop for my 2018 ecoboost. Keep the stock shocks&struts for cost savings. Retain good driveability but make it look more aggressive on the 18x8.5" 25mm offset motegi wheels on the car currently.

The SP763 would work well for you, however I would just go with the SP080s on the EBM. The SP080 and the EcoBoost cars are like peas and carrots.

As for your drop amount comment/inquiry. The first few lines of the original post has the link to the product. Found there is our rated drop amounts of 7/8" front and 1/2" rear.

Lastly, due to me suggesting the SP080s - please be aware that in a few days we are going to have a pretty nice "sale" on our SP080 Spring Kits. :headbang:

Your website doesn't list the drop on the sp080?
1.2" front, 0.5" rear on the GT. For the EB it's about 1" front.

Not enough of a drop in the rear for the look I'm going for. Prefer about an inch or so and a level static stance.:ninja:
This is how an EBM sits on our SP080 Spring Set.

I do not have a photo of the EcoBoost on our SP763, but it sounds like it is was you are looking for based on your comment above Rc18

This is a good looking stance overall. Sure doesn't look like only .5" in the back though:shrug:
It is...the back doesn't need as much (also doesn't jack the rear suspension geometry).

People typically don't understand how low the rears sit stock, until it is brought to their attention in conversation.

Here is a 100% stock S550 GT (mine) - right after acquiring it with 8 miles on the odometer.
