Well I didn't get mine for $99.00 but in Texas you can get a "sales tax" discount especially if it's the service mgr's birthday, shot out to Jay over at LMR. I'll review it next week as I am tearing down a carport at my cottage and need time for install. Great write-up on "how to." install.

I look forward to seeing your install and your opinion of the CB006 4pt Brace.
I suspect you will REALLY like it.

It feels more stable on "turn-in", thanks for the reply. Update: Photos of decals.

Snapped a shot of the CB006 on our track car. Holding up great!

No ground clearance issues, still looks new. We continue to be VERY happy with this product, and it is a hot seller for us!

Also threw some shots in of our 38mm / 1.5" Front Competition Sway Bar. It has also doing well and we are happy with the current design - hope to finish up the process soon so we can start offering it!

Kelly, what headers are compatible with this brace? I see Kooks LT's can't work.

The Kooks, to my knowledge are the only headers that do not work with this CB006.

I have not seen any issues with any other headers.

The ones in the pic above on our car are ARH 1-7/8"

Hearing a slight bump slowing down

We just finished up a batch of 150 of these, and they are almost already all gone!

Thanks for the Support M6G!

Also, we revised the front mounting cup to make for a tighter fit to the FLCA bolts - so people will not possibly run into fitment issues from here on out.

:ford:
Hey Kelly, I bought one of these right after they came out for my' 16 GT and believe it may have been a 1st gen with the cup a bit large.

I was going to install all the BMR items myself a long time ago....well, that didn't happen. I did have GTE in Doraville install them all a little over a month ago. The only weird thing is when coming to a nice slow stop, I hear what sounds like a small "thud" in my right front area, but only sometimes. I doubt I'm going 5 mph at that time. Before you changed the cup, did anyone state they had a similar symptom?

Also, based on your recommendations I had them install
CJR001H Chassis Jacking Rails
CB005H Cradle Lockout
SP080R Linear Springs
SB043R Sway bar kit
ELK012 End link kit
TCA045 Vertical links

Although I bought some camber bolts, I went with the Maximum Motorsports caster plates instead.

Besides that one issue, She feels GREAT.

To date, the only issue I have seen is one that was posted on this site. There are several hundreds out there with the gen 1 cup design and I have had nothing but excellent feedback.

If you are having a noise, the only issue I could see causing it would be maybe if the bolt head is off center too much within the cup. I would suggest inspecting to ensure the diameter of the bolt head is centered up decently within the cup, and the torque specs are correct - in that case, there should not be any noises coming from that system.

Feel free to give me a ring at the office 813-986-9302 if you would like to discuss further. Thanks!

Side Note... I have the CB006 and love it. I am going to attempt to retrofit the ford performance transmission scoop to it in the coming weeks
Did this awhile back. Now able to easily bolt on and off for track days. I have no data with or without the scoop.:/ sorry

I drew up a cooler to bolt to this CB006 but quickly realized that the ground clearance is significantly reduced.
TwinReverb can you snap some underside clearance shots next time it's on?

Definitely! Next time I have it on, which is usually for a track day, I'll snap you a whole bunch of pics.I'll also try to get a measurement from the floor to the scoop. Though in the meantime I have some pics from when I was out at the local track, Hallett, with it on. In a couple of the pics you can visibly see the scoop and its relative distance to the ground.

I have the SP089/82 setup on PP dampers. The Wheels are 19inch with a 275/35/19 in the front and a 305/35/19 in the rear MPSS.

I'll just leave the links to the Flickr albums here so as not to clutter the thread with a bunch of pics.
