Billet oil pump gears?

Does any one know for certain that the Voodoo has them.

I am building a block that will eventually go in to my Hellion car and wondering if GT350 oil pan/pump combo that may later be available.;)will have billet. pump gears

Maybe but the reason I think there's a chance, is all the on-off throttle and the new RPM capability.

Yeah - you could be right. I'm surprised they haven't used them on other cars...GT500...Boss - def think they would.

It was RPM that was usually killing pump gears on Coyotes anyway wasn't it? Either anything over 7500RPM or a very certain level of power that would eat it, like 700RWHP were both asking for imminent failures.

Is that the way only to tell?
I am told by a "little birdy" who said he opened them they have TSS gears.
Any other way to tell?

Will I be able to reuse them if I do?.

I am building a block for my on3 car and if I could use these(they were more or less free) that could save me $300-400.

I also have the special oil pain that weighs a lot less(it is plastic)that has pick up tube specific for the oil pump.

I won't use them unless I am 100% sure they have the gears. Not worth blowing up my engine for $300 savings

I have not taken one apart myself, but it is supposed to be a straight forward process. Turn it over and you will see the fasteners holding it together.

I don't want to be a Debbie Downer, but I can't see any way that Triangle Speed Shop (TSS) billet gears come factory in a GT350 oil pump. ;)

They come apart quite easily.....

If you open it - do it in a clean area and don't use microfiber to wipe anything...actually, don't wipe anything. Use gloves and oil if you touch anything. Really all you should need to do is remove the cover, take a picture and put the cover back on. ;)
