For a few thousand dollars... And yet with millions Ford can't find their own arse.
Well there is a bit of everything in what I had that worked. And ironically most of the TCC and shift schedules were all from the 24 S650 GT. Ford seems to have gotten their shite together on the S650 trans settings. Almost everything was different from my 22 GT to their 24 GT. I was able to carry over tons of my settings for shift pressures and tq management, and use a lot of their shift schedules and TCC settings. Adding in my WOT schedules and shift points as well as pedal demand changes, my car was an absolute DREAM to drive around. no more clunks or hunting or weirdness. And at WOT it would hit my 7800 shift point almost to the RPM and never drop below 7k to the next gear. It was magic.

Funny...they (along with GM) designed the transmission and that's the best they can do.

no, it's the best Ford half-assery (for S550) can do. GM's trans behavior wipes the floor of the Ford. Even the F150 team did a noticeably better job than the jokers assigned to Mustang.

I guess for S650 Ford either hired a team that knows what they are doing, or they finally licensed the GM tuning.

This sounds like some sort of magic trick! I want

You arenā€™t kidding. Whatever any of you do, DONT drive a 10speed Camaro. Youā€™ll hate life after that. They are sorted like actual wizardry is being used. They shift so smooth up and down in any scenario, itā€™s criminal.

For those who have dealt with Lund and decided to switch who did you choose?

Trying to figure out some issues with my car and looking back through datalogs and conversations with Lund and itā€™s crazy how much bs I was getting fed. Donā€™t want to continue to pay for support just to deal with more shit.

ā€œThis tune file is the exact same as your last we donā€™t know why itā€™s slowerā€. Took me 2 minutes to see the cam timing is completely differentā€¦
The optimal performance cam timing will make a power difference for sure as you noted. Iā€™d love an opportunity to see if we could clean it up and or squeeze more power out for you. I have no doubt youā€™d be very happy with the way your treated (as the car owner and tune owner). Which means weā€™ll give you an in-depth look at your tune and the data log. Iā€™ll upload a voiceover review of it unlisted on my YouTube channel for only you to view or anyone you send the link to. Weā€™ll provide a virtual Dyno print out for you and a whole tune package including 93 Oct, E85 or Flex Fuel, ghost cam, pop/flame and a track version should you have interest in all of those. Weā€™ll read logs and revise as many times as needed until youā€™re satisfied. I wonā€™t mention names but we had a SC gen 2 6 speed manual 2 car gap a SC gen 3 10R80 with a ______ tune 3 times in a row. Both same pulley sizes and similar mods on E85. The Gen 2s motor had 105k miles on it and has since gone from that blower to a Whipple to a single big turbo to a twin turbo kit before the trans let go. Weā€™ll build it safe and fast for you and if anyone on this thread. Also the gen 2 had a Paxton and made 839 wheel before he started changing set ups.

Iā€™m interested. I also need help determining if I have a cam phaser issue.

I blew my motor after starving of oil and spinning a bearing. Rebuilt the motor same as before but it runs about a second slower 60-130. Lund didnā€™t know why and the only thing I can see is the exhaust cam phasers are both behaving differently than previously (same tune).

Send me a dm I am interested

Let the games begin. More tuners!

What happens when the world goes all electric? There will always be the drama metric.
Won't happen. They're never going to have the ability to deliver enough electricity, regardless of pricing, to have even a QUARTER of the US population running electric.

If that much. They're already dealing with rolling brown out threats in CA during peak power periods and they're not even into double digits yet.
