Who has the best tune for the 2018+ Roush? What tuner did you go with and why?

I have an A10. The trans shift points. Tune seems soft at tip in.

Well if you wanted you could fix those things rather easily in hptuners. Some things are hard to tune out yourself but those are rather simple fixes. The vast majority of aftermarket tuners will start sacrificing roush’s built-in safety features to get more power, and the end user doesn’t really know what they did. If you fix yourself, you can decide what you want to keep, adjust, or get rid of.

I used Palm Beach Dyno and don't have much to complain about. I had added supporting mods to justify tuning (LT Headers, Larger Exhaust, Water/Methanol). The tune doesn't beat the snot out of the transmission but did help it feel more peppy. It likes to give the tires a little spin when shifting at 110 on 305/30 Pilot sports.
