Are you sure the performance pack car didn’t have magnaride? I thought they all did or maybe I’m thinking of pp2. If by cs you mean California special that is just the standard gt premium vert suspension.

Magneride was an option on the PP1 cars but came standard on the PP2 cars.

The convertibles weren't offered in the PP2 spec.

I have MR on mine but thinking about adding the BMR Drag springs, good or bad idea? Would it effect the MR?

It would work on the front, but, unless they were MR rear springs, they wouldn't fit on the back.

The Ecoboost with the more powerful engine would have the chassis bracing to go along with the larger tires.

Fast, nimble, quick...more neutral than the GT.

Ecoboost without the additional bracing could use some.

I did full Steeda progressives, sway bars and dampers! I absolutely love the way it handles. One caveat, though, Steeda had to put a spacer on my rear springs to level it out. I still can whole-heartedly recommend them and their customer service is exemplary! TJ with Steeda can hook you up!
I went this route. The ass end of my car sits a little lower than the front

Yes even with spacers
Which spacers are you using? That should be the case but I will be happy to run this by our lead teach - can you please shoot me an email with your current set-up & a photo/measurement of the rear of the car?

Thank you,

TJ

I started with the recommended spacer and Steeda sent out a bigger one. I think 3/8. I am not sure if I still have the documentation

Last weekend I installed the suspension from my 2018 EB Performance Pack coupe onto my 2017 GT vert (front strut assembles, rear shocks, and rear sway bar). This, combined with a BMR front subframe brace, has made a material improvement in ride quality and overall composure. The base suspension felt very "jiggly" and uncontrolled (at least to me). It's still no match for the FP Track Pack suspension (which is what went onto the 2018), but it's very enjoyable/reasonable for a street cruiser. And best of all...it was free!!!

I did a similar thing by swapping out a 2017 GT Performance Pack suspension into my GT vert and added a Steeda 2-point bar underneath the front end.

I now have more confidence driving the car around the curves and heaves out here in the Joisey Pinelands.
