I have a 2019 PP1 MUSTANG GT. It's a daily driver, no track time, and I want to improve the ride quality, with a minimum drop. Looking to take advantage of Steeda's Black friday pricing.

I'm looking at the Comfort Suspension package (555 2422) with Sport Progressive Springs and Proactive shocks.

Should I also add the bumpers, shock mounts, and camber plates?

Whats the best way to minimize the drop? Should I add:
  • Front Ride Height Spacer Kit for use with Steeda Camber plates (555 8255)
  • Billet Rear Spring Spacers 3/8" (555 8250)
Am I correct that this would reduce the drop to about 1/2" on front and 1/4" in back?

Is there a better way to minimize the drop with this setup?

Would this be the best setup for what I am trying to accomplish?

Any other suggestions?

Thanks for your help!

You are correct, on the approximate drop
I would add the poly foam bump stops. if you want to dial in your camber perfect, then yes camber plates. Rear shock mounts are not necessary but a good addition to your package.

Thanks for the input. Just a couple of more questions:

Should I get the Jounce bumpers listed as an option for the Comfort Package ($59.95)?

Do those need to be cut down for use with the Comfort package, or are they all ready to go?

I think I will skip the shock mounts since I am not going to track the car.

Assuming the Jounce Bumpers in the package are the ones to get, I am looking at:
  • Comfort Package (Progressive Sport Springs+Pro-Active Shocks & Struts)
  • Jounce Bumpers
  • Steeda Camber Plates
  • Steeda Front Ride Height Spacers
  • Steeda Rear Spring Spacers 3/8"
Is there anything else I should be looking at?

Thank you so much for you help with this!

Yes, the jounce bumpers listed for the comfort package do not need to be trimmed ready to go.
You are correct.
Thank you,

This is a great opportunity to ask my question:

If I have a PP suspension with the PP sway bars and do NOT plan on changing the ride height or factory springs, what shocks would work with this setup? I read that some brands are optimized for lowered cars.

Any ideas?

Steeda's Actives. Alternatively the Koni Orange but I'd go with Steeda.

@aross99 Unless you really want to build up the shocks yourself, try this instead. And put a comment in that you want the 'soft foam' jounce bumpers. Look over the itemized build and make sure all the discounts flowed thru. In the past their website has been a little hit/miss in regards to making sure all component discounts are properly accounted for.
