For some of the Shelby GT350 and GT350R owners, Raceway Ford in Riverside has some good experiences, especially working with Jim Moore (service advisor). I haven't yet gone there myself, but I've asked around and Raceway/Jim have been brought up a few times.

Second what Lightrules said, great service from Raceway and Jim Moore.
Oil change was about $140, no drips, no issues. Cost almost that to do yourself.

thanks for the tip Lightrules !

Hey guys I just wanted to add a little to this. Jim recently was promoted to shop foreman and is no longer writing service.

My name is Stephen I'm going to take over for Jim as our High performance vehicle specialist at raceway. I look forward to helping you guys!

hey stephen, looks like you're a good 45 miles (1 hour drive each way) for me. but if you got techs that really know how to work with the gt350 and gt350r, it could be worth it for me. thanks.

I've been here about 2 months. I got a last minute offer and took it. This store is just a better fit for me.

We have some phenomenal techs with a lot of product knowledge that realize how special those cars really are. I would love to help in any way I can!

So of course I have been dealing with the dreaded engine knock/tick whatever you want to call it as well as 10r80 issues on my 2018 mustang gt. So I've called my local dealers near me and spoke the service advisers and NONE of them have had any 2018 mustangs in for either issue. That cant be true, but anyways i'm trying to find a dealer near me within reason that has experience working on these issues. Any one have any advice? I live in Camarillo and have called Visa Ford in both Oxnard and Woodland Hills, Simi Valley Ford, Ford of Ventura, Galpin Ford, and DCH Ford in Thousand Oaks
1) I had good connections with a service advisor at Vista Ford Oxnard several years ago. He transferred to DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks for a few years then retired. I called him about both dealerships as I am closer to DCH than Vista in Oxnard. He said Vista Oxnard techs knew their stuff lots better than DCH in TO.
2) DCH could not get the front trans seal right (kept leaking) on my 2003 Marauder. Had a local shop repair it and got it right. I know the owner there and he said they do a lot of follow up work after cars had been to DCH.
3) I had Vista Oxnard do some warranty work (replaced steering rack) on my wife's 2015 Explorer. It was done right and has held up over the last 5 years.

I do most of my own wrenching so have not been to Vista for a few years. If I needed a local dealer, I would go to Vista.

Trying to keep this one alive. As far as warranty work, or even just their service department in general, anyone have any insight on Ford of Upland?
I use to go to their dealership for service at their old location. Now they moved up by the 210 freeway and went there for my first oil change on my 20 GT and its a NICE dealership. Not busy at all but pretty quick. Maintenance was done in maybe 2 hours tops. I bought my car at Fritts ford in riverside and they are also good and friendly.
